1. Reservation & Confirmation

Transfers can be booked through our website, by phone, or via approved partners. Your reservation becomes valid only after you receive a confirmation email containing all booking details. Please check the information carefully and notify us immediately if any corrections are needed.

2. Payment

Payment can be completed online, by bank transfer before the service, or in cash upon arrival, depending on the selected booking option. For advance payments, the full amount must be received before the transfer takes place.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be charged up to the full booking amount.
• In case of a no-show, the total reservation cost will be charged.

4. Delays & Waiting Time

We track flight and ferry arrival times and adjust pickups whenever possible. If the customer is delayed by more than 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, additional waiting charges may apply.

5. Child Seats

Child safety seats are available upon request. To ensure availability, they must be requested when making the reservation.
